健康老龄化视角下的我国老年体育公共政策研究

The Research on Public Policy of Senior Sports in Our Country from the Perspective of Healthy Aging

文章主要运用文献研究法、比较分析法对老年体育公共政策进行梳理;从我国的人口老龄化现状、老年体育公共政策理论研究情况、公共政策不断完善的内在要求分析了老年体育公共政策研究的必要性;进而通过对老年体育公共政策实施困境的分析,从加强顶层设计、细化老年体育公共政策、提高老年体育公共政策的激励机制、发挥“智库”的作用夯实老年体育公共政策的理论基础四个方面提出了完善我国老年体育公共政策制定、执行的相关对策。

By applying the method of literature research and comparative analysis to sort out public policies related to senior sports, this paper analyzes the necessity of the public policy research of the aged sport from the aspects of the aging of population, the theoretical research of the public policy of the aged sport, and the internal requirements of the perfection of public policy. And then through the analysis of the difficulties of senior sports public policy conduction, we aim to strengthen the top-level design, refining the senior sports public policy, improve the incentive mechanism of senior sports public policy, using "think tank" laying solid foundation of four aspects of senior sports public policy theory, propose consummates aged sports public policy formulation, and conduct related countermeasures.
