我国高校高水平羽毛球运动队教练员团队构建的可行性探讨

Feasibility Study on the Construction of Coaches Team of High-level Badminton Team in Chinese Universities

"一名优秀的教练员可以培养出一批高水平的运动员,一批高水平的教练员可以保证运动项目的持续发展",教练员在体育领域有着不可替代的作用。学校体育中的竞技体育作为我国教育及体育的一部分,教师担任学校运动队教练的角色,注重教练的质量以及其团队的构建,将为我国体育和教育的可持续发展做出贡献。高校高水平羽毛球高水平运动队是我国体育类院校中不可或缺的一支队伍,积极推动其不断发展将对我国体育后备人才的质量优化及数量的增长起到积极的影响。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、调查法、归纳分析法对我国羽毛球教练员及高校中羽毛球高水平运动队的现状进行调查研究,分析了教练团队构建在高水平羽毛球运动队教学中的利与弊,为高水平羽毛球运动队的发展提供参考、为我国体育后备人才提供积累。

"An excellent coach can cultivate a group of high-level athletes,a group of high-level coaches can ensure the sustainable development of sports events",coaches play an irreplaceable role in the field of sports. As a part of our country ’s education and sports,teachers of competitive sports in school sports play the role of coaches. Paying attention to the quality of coaches and team building,will contribute to the sustainable development of our country’s sports and education. The high-level badminton team in colleges and universities is an indispensable team in China’s sports colleges and universities. Actively promoting its continuous development will have a positive impact on the quality optimization and the growth of the number of sports reserve talents in China. This paper investigates the current situation of badminton coaches and high-level badminton teams in colleges and universities in China by means of literature,interview,investigation and inductive analysis,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of coaching teams in the teaching of high-level badminton teams,so as to provide reference for the development of high-level badminton teams,and provide accumulation for China’s sports reserve talents.
