摘要
运用教学实验法对实验组与对照组网球专项运动员分别采用核心力量和传统力量的训练方式进行10周的体能训练,并对其腰腹肌力量及网球专项技术进行综合评定,测试结果表明实验组明显高于对照组,核心力量训练能够提高大学生的网球运动水平。研究认为核心力量训练在高校网球专修课程、网球训练队及职业网球运动员中都有广泛运用,大学网球教学中应有机结合基础性核心力量与加强性核心力量训练两种方法。
Using the teaching experiment method,the experimental and control group of tennis players were trained by the core strength and the traditional strength for 10 weeks respectively,and the waist and abdomen muscle strength and tennis technique were evaluated comprehensively. The test results show that the experimental group is significantly better than the control group,and the core strength training could improve the tennis level of college students. The study believes that core strength training is widely used in tennis courses,tennis training teams,and professional tennis players in universities. There are two methods that should be used in college tennis teaching: organic combination of basic core strength and strengthening core strength training.
