依法治国背景下我国学校体育法律法规现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures for School Sports Laws in China under the Background of Ruling by Law

学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分。学校体育法律法规的完善对学校体育公平教育和学生体育权利的实现,学校体育纠纷的解决以及学校体育的可持续发展有着重要的意义。文章从依法治国背景出发,对我国学校体育法律法规的历史和现状进行归纳,对我国学校体育法律法规存在问题进行深入探讨与分析,最后提出我国学校体育法治建设的相关对策与建议,以期为我国学校体育的改革与发展提供法学理论参考。

School physical education is an important part of school education. The perfection of school sports laws and regulations is of great significance to the fair education of school sports and the realization of students’ sports rights,the settlement of school sports disputes and the sustainable development of school sports. Starting from the background of ruling the country by law,this paper sums up the history and current situation of the laws and regulations of school physical education in China,probes into and analyzes the problems existing in the laws and regulations of school physical education in China,and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the rule of law in school physical education in order to provide some suggestions for the reform and development of school physical education in China.
