摘要
郑开马拉松赛创办于2006年,经过12年的努力与奋斗,郑开马拉松在2018年的评选活动中被中国田径协会评为金牌赛事。经历了从量变到质变、从稚嫩到成熟的蜕变过程,这一过程是自组织的发展模式。本文采用郑开马拉松自组织发展过程中的动力(协同与竞争),进行分析。
Zhengkai marathon race was founded in 2006. Affter 12 years of endeavor, it is awarded as the medal event in the 2018 by China Marathon Association. This is a process from quantity to quality and from naive to mature, which fits the development mode of self-organization. This paper analyzes the motivation (collaboration and competition) of this self-organization development process.
