开展高校转型发展状态研究有助于认清高校发展现状,引领高校转型发展。基于各省和高校自身的高考录取分数线,构建了由录取分数线指数和区域均衡指数组成的指标体系,并以此来评价高校转型发展的状态和特征。理论和实证分析表明:录取分数线指数可以衡量高校区域吸引力,能有效地表示高校的发展状态,录取分数线指数越高,高校发展状态越好;区域均衡指数可以比较高校省内外吸引力的大小,能有效地表示不同类型高校的区域服务特色。

Analysis on the status of transformation development of colleges and universities can help to identify the current development situation of colleges and universities and lead a future transformation.Based on the entrance examination score line of each province and university,an index system composed of the entrance examination score line index and regional equilibrium index is established to evaluate the status and characteristics of university transformation development.Theoretical and empirical analysis show that the entrance examination score index can measure the regional attractiveness of colleges and universities and effectively represent the development status of colleges and universities.The higher the entrance examination score index,the better the development status of colleges and universities.The regional equilibrium index can compare the attractiveness of colleges and universities within and outside the province,and can effectively represent the regional service characteristics of different types of colleges and universities.
