半导体封装阶段批加工设备调度 被引量:2

摘要 本文在总结批加工设备调度研究成果的基础上,提出了三种同时考虑半导体生产等环节的半导体封装阶段批加工设备调度规则以不同规模为基础的半导体封装阶段模型,在非批加工设备使用相异的调度制度的情况下,对新提出的半导体封装阶段批加工设备调度规则进行了仿真实验。实验结果显示,与现如今运用较广的固定加工批量调度规则相比,新提出的半导体封装阶段批加工设备调度规则能够使半导体封装工作得以更好地落实,降低延工率、返工率,提升产品交货效率和质量,并在一定程度上保护半导体性能。
