摘要
在带定心弹簧的同心型挤压油膜阻尼器-多盘柔性转子系统动力学试验装置上,研究了油膜内外环在静态具有良好同心和存在部分接触条件下同心型挤压油膜阻尼器的减振特性.结果表明,静态时油膜内外环间的部分接触不仅会导致同心型挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统的主共振转速更接近于转子系统的刚支临界转速,而且还会使转子系统的振动明显增大,甚至难以通过共振转速区.为了提高同心型挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果,需要对油膜内外环的同心状态进行仔细地调整,尽量保证油膜内外环处于同心状态.
The vibration isolation behaviors of a centralized squeeze film damper with concentricity or partial contact between the oil-film rings are experimentally studied in a centralized squeeze film damper-multi-disk flexible rotor system with an overhang disk. It is shown that the partial contact between oil-film rings of centralized squeeze film damper will not only lead to the criti-cal speeds of the flexible rotor system closer to the critical speeds of the flexible rotor system with a rigid support,but also in-crease the vibrations of the flexible rotor system in the critical speed regions evidently, even the rotor system cannot pass through the critical speed regions due to high vibrations. In order to improve the vibration isolation ability of the centralized squeeze film damper,the oil-film rings of the centralized squeeze film damper should be centralized as possible.
