摘要
北京地铁近年来投入运营的几条线路中,剪切型减振器扣件区段大量出现钢轨波磨现象,调研测试表明:在地铁列车运行过程中,剪切型减振器扣件轨道系统在150400Hz频段内存在共振效应,且此频段内轨道阻尼过小,无法有效抑制钢轨的振动.采取在轨腰处安装一种调频式钢轨减振器来增加轨道系统阻尼,抑制列车运行过程中钢轨的振动,并在北京地铁线上进行了现场试验,对调频式钢轨减振器安装段和对比段的钢轨粗糙度进行了16个月的跟踪测试.结果表明:安装调频式钢轨减振器可有效减缓钢轨波磨的发展,延长钢轨的打磨周期.
The rail corrugation on the tracks fitted with the Egg fastening system becomes a serious problem on several lines of Beijing metro operated in recent year. The investigations and field measurements showed the resonance vibration happened on the track around 150-400 Hz during the operation of metro trains, and the damping in the Egg fastening system track in this frequency range is not sufficient to effectively suppress the resonance vibration. To suppress the vibration of rail, the tuned rail dampers were installed on the rail web to provide effective damping in the Egg fastening system track. A test was carried out in Beijing metro to evaluate the effect of slowing the rail corrugation. And the running band roughness of corrugated rail in the sections with and without the tuned rail dampers has been measured for about 16 months. The measurement results show that the tuned rail damper is an effective measure for slowing the growth of rail corrugation in the Egg fastening system track and delaying the rail grinding.
