超薄α-Co(OH)2的合成及其电催化析氧性能研究

摘要 使用Co(NO3)2·6H2O为原料,采用简单的还原-氧化法制得了二维超薄α-Co(OH)2纳米片。使用透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其进行形貌分析及结构表征,并研究了其电催化析氧活性。在1 M的KOH电解液中,样品表现出优异的电催化析氧性能,其在电流密度为10 m A/cm2时的析氧过电位仅为290 m V,塔菲尔斜率为84 m V/dec,且经过1500次CV循环后保持了良好的稳定性。该合成方法简单廉价,产物电催化析氧活性较高,可适用于大规模工业生产。 Two dimensional α-Co(OH) 2 ultrathin nanoplates have been synthesized by using simple reduction-oxidation method with Co(NO 3) 2·6H 2O as raw materials.Morp hology analysis and structure characterization have been performed by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and x-ray diffraction(XRD), oxygen evolution abilities have been analyzed as well. In 1 M KOH electrolyte, sample shows excellent elecrocatalytic oxygen evolution capabilities , oxygen evolution overpotential is only 290mV when current density is 10 mA/cm 2, and tafel slope is 84 mV/dec, it maintains high stability even after 1500 times CV cycles. This synthetic method is simple and cheap, and suitable for larger scale industrial production,the product shows high electrocatalytic oxygen ability.
