针对性护理在改善剖宫产产妇产后心理状态及角色转换中的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing in Improving Postpartum Psychological Status and Role Transition of Cesarean Section Women

目的:探讨针对性护理在改善剖宫产产妇产后心理状态及角色转换中的应用价值。方法:收集2016/04至2018/04来我院进行治疗的60例患者的临床资料。按照干预方案不同分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组:常规护理。观察组:针对性护理。观察SAS、SDS评分、母亲行为状态。结果:观察组和对照组干预后SAS、SDS评分均得到改善,观察组改善更为明显,差异显著(P<0.05),观察组母亲接受期发生率低于对照组,释放期发生率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于剖宫产产妇,进行针对性护理,能够改善产妇的心理状态,适应角色转换,应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application value of targeted nursing in improving postpartum psychological status and role transition of cesarean section women.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients treated in our hospital from 2016/04 to 2018/04 were collected.According to the different intervention schemes,the patients were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Control group:routine nursing.Observation group:targeted nursing.SAS,SDS score and mothers’behavior were observed.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group and the control group were improved after the intervention.The improvement of the observation group was more significant(P< 0.05).The incidence of mothers in the receiving period was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of release period was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:For cesarean section women,targeted nursing can improve their psychological state,adapt to role change,and has high application value.
