小儿继发性癫痫临床疗效用药分析

Clinical Analysis of Medication for Secondary Epilepsy in Children

目的:探讨小儿继发性癫痫的临床用药及效果;方法:将广东同江医院75例继发性癫痫患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患儿使用妥泰联合除癫丸治疗,对照组患儿仅使用妥泰治疗,比较2组患儿治疗效果、不良反应发生率、并发症发生率以及病情复发情况;结果:实验组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05):实验组患儿复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);2组患儿不良反应发生率及并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:妥泰联合除癫丸治疗小儿继发性癫痫临床效果显著,稳定性和安全性较高,能够有效控制复发率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical medication and effect of secondary epilepsy in children;Methods:75 children with secondary epilepsy from Tongjiang Hospital,Guangdong were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with topiramate combined with epilepsy pill,while the control group was treated with topiramate only.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,complications and relapse of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tuotai combined with Chuepilepsy pill in the treatment of secondary children.Sexual epilepsy has remarkable clinical effect,high stability and safety,can control the recurrence rate,and has high clinical application value.
