茜素绿染料脱色菌株的筛选、鉴定及脱色研究 被引量:1

摘要 从活性污泥中分离到一株茜素绿脱色菌S-3,经16SrRNA基因测序分析,初步鉴定为兼性厌氧型菌弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。研究了该菌株对茜素绿染料的最适脱色条件。结果表明:菌株脱色的最佳培养基配方为胰蛋白胨1.2%、酵母浸粉0.5%、盐浓度0.6%、pH=6.5。采用最优培养基在35℃,静置培养48h后,对茜素绿含量为75mg/L的染液脱色率达92%,且染料废水COD去除率与脱色率成显著正相关关系(p<0.05)。 A strain of alizarin green decolorization strain S-3 was isolated from activated sludge.According to 16s rRNA gene sequence analysis,the facultative anaerobes strain was identified as Citrobacter freundii.The optimum decolorization conditions for alizarin green were studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for decolorization of the strain was peptone 1.2%,yeast extract 0.5%,salt concentration 0.6% and pH=6.5.The optimum culture medium was used at 35℃ for 48 hours.The decolorization rate of alizarin green dye solution of 75mg/L reached 92%.There was a positive correlation between the COD removal and the dye decolorization rate(p<0.05).
