Research on the Precision Services of Libraries under the Environment of “Internet Plus”

在"互联网+"环境下,高校图书馆积极追求精准服务,服务模式趋于多元化。文章利用文献调研方法,对国内目前图书馆精准服务的研究进行分析,以武汉纺织大学图书馆为例进行实证研究,从建立用户行为模型、统一服务平台以及跨界融合等方面创新服务模式,进一步对服务对象、服务需求和服务内容提供精准化,更好地为高校教学和科研提供优质高效服务。

Under the environment of "Internet Plus",the University Libraries pursue the precise service actively,and the service mode tends to be diversified.This article analyzes the current research of precision services in libraries at home by means of literature research. TakingWuhan Textile University as an Example,this article introduces some innovative service mode,such as user behavior model,unified service platform and cross-border integration.In order to better provide precise service for teaching and researching in colleges and universities,the library staff further provides precision service objects,service requirements and service contents.
