电泳漆梯度膜厚对涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响探讨

摘要 重点介绍了汽车车身电泳漆膜在梯度膜厚下的性能,采用SEM、X射线转靶衍射仪、NSS等研究手段分析了板材在相同前处理方式下磷化膜的结构形貌,以及梯度电泳漆膜的耐中性盐雾性能特征,为分析电泳漆膜厚度对涂装耐腐蚀性能的影响提供了参考,也可作为车身电泳漆膜厚度的设计依据。 The performance of electrophoretic paint film on automobile body under gradient film thickness is introduced.The structure and morphology of phosphating film on board under the same pretreatment and the neutral salt spray resistance of gradient electrophoretic paint film are analyzed by means of SEM,rotating target X -ray diffractometer and NSS,which can provide reference for analyzing the influence of electrophoretic paint film thickness on the corrosion resistance of coating,and can also be used as design basis for thickness of electrophoretic paint film on automobile body.
