涂料在施工过程中,会产生上百种涂膜缺陷,如缩孔针孔、流挂、颗粒等缺陷,主要研究了如何降低白车缩孔的发生频次,从而提高产品外观质量及一次性合格率。

During the construction process,the paint will produce hundreds of defects such as shrinkage cavity,pinhole,sagging,particle,etc.In this paper,how to reduce the frequency of shrinkage cavity in white car and improve the appearance quality and one-off qualified rate of the product were mainly studied.
