“十三五”末期辽河污染现状及防治对策

结合近年来辽河水质监测结果,分析了辽河污染现状及变化趋势,全面梳理总结辽河水质超标原因,并结合实际情况提出“十三五”末期辽河水污染防治重点及对策,明确了解决水环境突出问题的五大重点任务,为打好辽河治理攻坚战提供了参考。

According to the monitoring results of water quality in Liaohe River in recent years, this paper analysed the present situation and changing trend of pollution in Liaohe River, summarized the causes of water quality exceeding the standard, and put forward the key points and countermeasures of water pollution prevention and control in Liaohe River at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, clarified five key tasks of solving outstanding problems of water environment, and provided a reference for tackling the key battles of Liaohe River control.
