China's 2019 Q2 gross domestic product(GDP)grew 6.2 percent from a year ago.This rate is its lowest in 27 years since Q1 of 1992,the earliest quarterly data on record.With some forecasts placing the global average GDP growth at 3.3 percent for 2019,China is still expected to grow its economy at a faster pace than most other developing economies.While the trade dispute with the United States played a factor in global economic uncertainty during the first two quarters,further developments for the remainder of the year may yet rally China's declining figures.
