摘要 澳大利亚新南威尔士州《熟练幼儿园教师行为指南》明确了熟练幼儿园教师应当达到的七条标准。这启示我们应当培养幼儿园教师的循证教学思维,提高幼儿园教师的多元文化素养,提高幼儿园教师与幼儿家长沟通的能力,持续推动幼儿园教师专业发展。 Proficient Teacher Evidence Guide-Early Childhood Teachers issued by New South Wales,Australia states clearly the seven standards that a proficient early childhood teacher should have.It indicates that it is important to cultivate kindergarten teachers'evidence-based teaching ideas,improve their multi-cultural qualities and their ability to communicate with parents,promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers continuously.
