本文从研究变量、研究实施、对实践的指导作用等方面梳理了美国学前教育质量评级与提升系统(QRIS)中的儿童发展水平测量研究概况。相关研究带来如下启示:多主体协同建立学前教育质量评价有效性检验机制,利用实证研究指导学前教育质量评价工作,构建学前教育机构过程性质量的评价与提升机制。

This paper summarizes researches on child outcome measurement in Quality Rating and Improvement System(QRIS)in US,focusing on the aspects of variables,implementation,and guidance function.It indicates that multi-agents should work together to establish a mechanism for preschool education quality assessment and effectiveness test;empirical studies should be conducted to provide guidance for preschool education quality assessment;and a mechanism should be established for formative assessment and improvement of preschool education agencies.
