冻融周期单个优质囊胚移植后妊娠结局 被引量:2

The pregnancy outcome of high-quality single blastocyst transfer in frozen-thawed cycles

摘要 目的比较单个优质囊胚不同培养天数(D5、D6)冻融周期在不同年龄段患者移植后妊娠结局的差异。方法回顾性分析2017年1月1日至2018年4月30日于河南省人民医院生殖医学研究所行单个优质囊胚冻融后移植的812例不孕症患者的临床资料。根据发育天数分为D5单个优质囊胚移植组(659例)和D6单个优质囊胚移植组(153例)。按患者年龄≤29岁、>29岁且≤35岁、>35岁且≤38岁、>38岁将D5单个优质囊胚移植组分为A1组(307例)、A2组(250例)、A3组(57例)、A4组(45例),将D6单个优质囊胚移植组分为B1组(50例)、B2组(69例)、B3组(18例)、B4组(16例)。比较各组间基本资料和移植后妊娠结局。结果 A1组、A2组、A3组、A4组患者HRT方案百分率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。B1组、B2组、B3组、B4组患者HRT方案百分率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。A1组临床妊娠率、早期流产率分别与B1组比较,A2组临床妊娠率、早期流产率分别与B2组比较,A3组临床妊娠率、早期流产率分别与B3组比较,A4组临床妊娠率、早期流产率分别与B4组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论冻融周期单个优质囊胚移植在不同年龄段、不同发育天数(D5、D6)均可获得较好的临床妊娠结局。 Objective To compare clinical pregnancy outcome of single high-quality blastocyst of different culture days(on D5 or D6) transfer in women with different ages in frozen embyro transfer(FET) cycles.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to assess the clinical data of 812 infertile patients accepting freeze-thaw transfer of single high-quality blastocyst in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018. According to the development days, they were divided into group high-quality single blastocyst transfer on D5(659 cases) and group high-quality single blastocyst transfer on D6(153 cases). According to the age(less than or equal to 29 years old, more than 29 years old but less than or equal to 35 years old, more than 35 years old but less than or equal to 38 years old, more than 38 years old) of patients, group high-quality single blastocyst transfer on D5 was divided into A1 group(307 cases), A2 group(250 cases), A3 group(57 cases), A4 group(45 cases), and group high-quality single blastocyst transfer on D6 was divided into B1 group(50 cases), B2 group(69 cases), B3 group(18 cases), B4 group(16 cases). The basic data of each group and pregnancy outcome after transplantation were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HRT program percentage, the rates of clinical pregnancy and early abortion among A1 group, A2 group, A3 group and A4 group(all P>0.05). There was no significant difference in HRT program percentage, the rates of clinical pregnancy and early abortion among patients in B1 group, B2 group, B3 group and B4 group(all P>0.05). The rates of clinical pregnancy and early abortion of group A1 were compared with group B1 respectively, and the rates of the clinical pregnancy and early abortion of group A2 were compared with group B2 respectively, while the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). The rates of clinical pregnancy and early abortion of group A3 were compared with group B3 respectively, and the rates of the clinical pregnancy and early abortion of group A4 were compared with group B4 respectively, while the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion In frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer cycle, single high-quality blastocyst transfer in different age groups and different development days of D5 or D6 both can achieve better clinical pregnancy outcomes.
