外固定架联合中药抗骨质疏松治疗对老年不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者桡骨远端高度及腕关节功能的影响

Effect of external fixator combined with anti-osteoporosis therapy using traditional Chinese medicine on distal radius height and wrist function in elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture

目的 观察外固定架联合中药抗骨质疏松治疗对老年不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者桡骨远端高度及腕关节功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析32例采用外固定架联合中药抗骨质疏松治疗的老年不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,观察患者术后桡骨远端高度及腕关节功能恢复情况。结果 患者术后3个月及术后6个月腕关节功能均优于术后8周(P<0.05)。术后各时点桡骨远端高度均大于术前(均P<0.05),而术后各时间点之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 采用外固定架联合中药抗骨质疏松治疗老年不稳定型桡骨远端骨折,可恢复并长期维持患者桡骨远端高度,改善患者腕关节功能。

Objective To observe the effect of external fixator combined with anti-osteoporosis therapy using traditional Chinese medicine on distal radius height and wrist function in elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture.Methods The clinical data of 32 elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were treated with external fixator combined with anti-osteoporosis therapy using traditional Chinese medicine.Distal radius height and wrist function recovery were observed in the patients after operation.Results Patients′ wrist function 3 and 6 months after operation was better than that 8 weeks after operation(all P<0.05).The distal radius height at each time point after operation was higher than that before operation(all P<0.05),showing no statistically significant difference among all time points after operation(all P>0.05).Conclusion Utility of external fixator combined with anti-osteoporosis therapy using traditional Chinese medicine can achieve recovery and long-term maintenance of distal radius height and improve wrist function in elderly patients with unstable distal radius fracture.
