摘要
铝合金结构是一种应用前景广泛的新型承重结构。为了解决某小区单个铝合金结构车库梁柱节点的连接问题,提出了全新的铝合金结构梁柱节点的连接形式,以充分发挥铝合金材料的优点。先采用ABAQUS建立梁单元模型对结构进行整体分析,基于《铝合金结构设计规范》对主要受力构件的梁和柱进行强度和整体稳定性的校核验算,通过自由振动行为分析结构的薄弱部分,再基于圣维南原理建立实体单元的节点有限元模型进行局部分析,验证先整体后局部分析方法的有效性,分析其应力分布情况且校核其强度,对结构的薄弱环节和节点的应力集中提出解决意见和改进措施。结果表明,所设计的节点连接形式符合规范要求并满足设计需要,为铝合金结构设计和分析提供了参考价值。
Aluminum alloy structure is a new type of load bearing structure with broad application prospects.Based on the design scheme of a single aluminum alloy structure garage in a community, a new aluminum alloy beam column node connection was proposed in this paper. Strength and overall stability of the beams and columns as main force components were checked according to “Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code”. Finite element model using beam element was established by ABAQUS to analyze the performance of whole structure. By analyzing the free vibration behavior, the weak part of the structure was determined.Based on Saint Venant s principle, a finite element modelusing solid element was established to perform local analysis to verify the validity of overall post local analysis method. Its stress distribution and strength were analyzed. Solution and improvements were proposed at last.The results showed that the design of the node connection meets the code requirements and design requirements, which provides a reference for the design and analysis of aluminum alloy structures.
