等螺距阶梯螺径螺旋宽幅摊铺布置研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究等螺距阶梯螺径螺旋叶片在宽幅摊铺机上的布置问题,通过运动学分析,建立了流量修正系数与螺旋叶片直径之间的表达式、流量系数与料位系数之间的表达式;建立了宽幅摊铺等螺距阶梯螺径螺旋叶片布置整数线性规划模型,得出螺旋叶片布置仅决定于摊铺宽度的结论,并确定了从9m到12m宽幅摊铺时螺旋叶片布置方案;对12m宽幅摊铺机进行足尺试验,分别调节物料流量系数为1/2、2/3和1,对比了等螺距阶梯螺径螺旋和等螺距等螺径螺旋的摊铺离析情况;试验结果表明:在各级流量系数下,阶梯直径螺旋的摊铺层均匀性显著高于等直径螺旋;随着材料流量系数增加,摊铺均匀性随之提高,在流量系数高于70%时,提高程度变缓慢,可以认为处于最佳范围。 In order to study the installation position of spiral blades with equal pitch and stair-stepping diameter on a wide paver, the kinematic analysis was carried out.The relation between flow rate correction coefficient and the diameter of the spiral blade was obtained.A integer linear programming mathematical model of the spiral blade arrangement was established.It is concluded that the arrangement of helical blades depends only on the width of the paving.Besides, the installation position of spiral blades on different paving width from 9 m to 12 m is determined.The full-scale test was carried out for the paver with 12 m width.During the test, the flow coefficients were adjusted to 1/2, 2/3 and 1 to compare the paving isolated cases between spiral blades with stair-stepping diameter and spiral blades with equal diameter.The test results show that the uniformity of the paving layer with stair-stepping diameter spiral is significantly higher than that of the equivalent diameter spiral at all levels of flow coefficient.As the flow coefficient increases, the paving uniformity increases.When the flow coefficient is higher than 70 %, the improvement is very slow.It can be considered in the best range of flow coefficient.
