摘要
为研究公交出行各阶段时间对多群组乘客满意度的影响,文中将出行时间分为出发点到目的地的时间、出发点到公交车站的时间、等车时间、坐车时间和下车后走到目的地的时间等多个阶段,并按车辆拥有情况将乘客分为自行车、电动车、小汽车、摩托车、和其他五个群组。结合肇庆市的公交满意度调查数据,在分析乘客公交满意度特性的基础上,建立了累计概率的有序多分类Logistic回归模型对公交出行各阶段时间对多群组乘客满意度的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明:出发点到目的地的时间只对自行车、小汽车和摩托车群组乘客有显著影响;走路到公交车站的时间只对其他群组乘客有显著影响;等车时间对自行车、电动车、摩托车和小汽车群组乘客都有显著的影响;坐车时间对自行车、摩托车、小汽车和其他群组乘客都有显著影响;下车后走到目的地的时间参数对电动车、摩托车和其他群组乘客具有显著影响,并且同一时间对不同群组乘客表现出了不同的显著性水平。最后,在分析群组差异性的基础上,提出了相应的改善建议。
In order to study the impact of bus travel time of each stage on Satisfaction of Multigroup Passengers, this article divides the bus travel time (from the departure point to the destination) into four stages:departure time to bus station, waiting time, running time, and time to get to the destination after getting off.Moreover, according to the ownership of vehicles, passengers are divided into travelling with bicycles, electric bicycles, cars, motorcycles, and other group.Based on the data of bus travel satisfaction survey in Zhaoqing and the analysis of the characteristics of passengers satisfaction, an orderly logistic regression model was established to evaluate the impact of bus travel time of each stage on satisfaction of multi-group passengers.The results of the study indicate that the time from the departure point to the destination has a significant impact on passengers with bicycle, passengers with car and passengers with motorcycle;departure time to bus station has a significant impact on other passengers group;the waiting time has a significant impact on passengers with bicycles, passengers with electric bicycle, passengers with car and passengers with motorcycle;the running time has a significant impact on passengers with bicycles, passengers with car, passengers with motorcycle and other passengers group;the time to get to the destination after getting off has a significant impact on passengers with electric bicycle, passengers with car and other passengers group;and same time has a different significant impact level on different passengers group. Finally, based on the difference analysis of group results, the corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.
