十味龙胆花颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠片及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效及安全性评估

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of Shiwei Longdanhua Granule combined with montelukast sodium tablets and Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的:研究十味龙胆花颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠片与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效与安全性。方法: 200例支气管哮喘患者,数表法随机分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n =100)。实验组患者采取十味龙胆花颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠片与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者采取孟鲁司特钠片与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、症状及体征改善时间、哮喘每日发作次数、治疗前后肺功能指标变化情况及血清炎症因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平、药物不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为99.00%,高于对照组的93.00%(P<0.05);实验组患者咳嗽、哮喘、气促、肺部体征等消失时间均短于对照组,哮喘发作次数少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者肺功能指标、血清炎症因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平均有改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:十味龙胆花颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠片与布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效好,患者症状及体征改善时间快,不良反应率低,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of Shiwei Longdanhua Granule combined with monuster sodium and Budesonide aerosol inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 200 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group ( n =100) and a control group ( n =100).Moreover,the observation group was treated with Shiwei Longdanhua granule combined with montelukast sodium tablet and Budesonide aerosol inhalation,while the control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablet and Budesonide aerosol inhalation.Additionally,the therapeutic effect,improvement time of symptoms and signs,daily attack times of asthma,changes of pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment,levels of serum inflammatory factors,immunoglobulin and adverse drug reactions were analyzed between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 99.00%,which was higher than that of the control group (93.00%, P <0.05).Meanwhile,the disappearance time of cough,asthma,shortness of breath and lung signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of asthma attacks was less than that in the control group ( P <0.01).After treatment,lung function indicators,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin were improved in both groups,as well as the improvement degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05).In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reaction rate between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Shiwei Longdanhua granule combined with montelukast sodium tablet and Budesonide aerosol inhalation for the treatment of bronchial asthma have a better curative effect,rapidly improvement of symptoms and signs,lower adverse reaction rate,and higher safety,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
