摘要
在数控仿真软件VNUC5的FANUC 0i Mate-TC数控系统中,导入手工编写的铣削零件程序,进行模拟仿真加工,将验证正确的程序在实训室加工中心上进行零件铣削加工。该应用可提高教学效果和生产加工效率,实现理实一体化教学。
In the FANUC 0i Mate-TC numerical control system of the numerical control simulation software VNUC5, the hand-written milling part program was imported to simulate the milling process, and the correct program was verified to carry out the milling process on the machining center of the training room. This application can improve the teaching effect and production efficiency, and realize the integration of theory and practice.
