摘要
压缩机是空调、冰箱的核心部件,转子与泵体套合效率,成为制约压缩机生产的重要因素,设计转子与泵体高效套合设备对于提高生产率尤为重要,通过对转子与泵体具体工艺要求地深入学习,根据热胀冷缩原理,设计热套夹具,保证转子与泵体精确套合,兼容多个系列产品;不良率由0.1%降至0.01%;通过采用三坐标机械手、机器人分别对转子与泵体进行自动上料,实现智能化生产,解决了该工位环境恶劣,人员流动频繁问题,生产节拍由12 s/件缩短至8 s/件,提高产能33%左右。对企业提高产能、提高竞争力起到了一定促进作用。
Compressor is the core component of air conditioner and refrigerator. The sleeve efficiency of rotor and pump body has become an important factor restricting the production of compressor. It is particularly important to design efficient sleeve equipment of rotor and pump body for improving productivity. Through in-depth study of the specific process requirements of rotor and pump body,according to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction,the hot sleeve fixture is designed to ensure that the rotor and pump body are accurately sleeved and compatible with many other series products,bad rate from 0.1% to 0.01%. By using three-coordinate manipulator and robot to automatically feed the rotor and pump body respectively,intelligent production is realized,which solves the problem of bad environment and frequent personnel flow in the work station. The production rhythm is shortened from 12 seconds/piece to 8 seconds/piece,and the productivity is increased by about 33%. It has played a certain role in promoting the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises.
