对压模装置进行优化设计,能使设备生产效率提升、体积减小、能耗降低。通过将宽度固定的压模分割成多个模块,根据钣金件边缘的宽度,通过定位拨叉结构后,控制其调整模块个数,使设备可加工不同宽度的边缘,节省转移钣金件所花时间,提升生产效率。由驱动件通过滑块来推动左右对称的六连杆结构向外运动,使结构具备增力效果,在输入较小功率的同时还能获得较大压紧力,避免使用大功率驱动件,使设备体积减小,能耗降低。
