采煤机自适应调节的高效截割研究

摘要 为降低采煤机截割作业能耗,提高采煤机作业效率,提出了采煤机恒转矩调速与恒功率调速两种不同的调速方式,经优化对比分析,发现根据采煤作业工况,采用自适应调节方式能使采煤机采煤效果达到最佳,获得最大经济效益。 In order to reduce the energy consumption of shearer cutting operation and improve the efficiency of shearer operation,two different speed control modes of shearer constant torque speed regulation and constant power speed regulation are proposed. It has been found that according to the working conditions of coal mining,the adaptive adjustment method can achieve the best coal mining effect and obtain the maximum economic benefit.
