摘要
为减少无极绳绞车压绳装置钢丝绳出现脱绳、弹绳现象,分析了无极绳绞车原压绳装置的受力情况及存在的问题,提出了将原压绳装置的斜向压绳改为平推压绳,并总结了一些防范压绳装置钢丝绳脱绳、弹绳现象的策略,通过对压绳装置的科学、合理改造后,大幅减少了无极绳绞车弹绳、飘绳现象的发生。
In order to reduce the phenomenon of wire rope stripping and elastic rope in rope-pressing device of endless rope winch, the stress situation and existing problems of original rope-pressing device of endless rope winch are analyzed, the oblique rope-pressing device of original rope-pressing device is replaced by horizontal rope-pressing device,and the strategies of wire rope stripping and elastic rope phenomenon in some anti-pressure rope device are summarized. After the scientific and reasonable modification of rope-pressing device,the occurrence of rope-slinging and rope-drifting phenomena in endless rope winch has been greatly reduced.
