摘要
采煤机是依靠摇臂的调高液压系统来带动截割机构在空间内转动,实现对不同空间位置内煤炭的综采作业的,摇臂的调高液压系统在工作中不仅要承受采煤机截割机构的重量,而且还要承受截割机构在截割作业时的冲击载荷的作用,一旦发生损坏将导致采煤机无法进行综采作业,因此利用ADAMS仿真分析软件对采煤机的调高液压控制系统在工作时的动态特性情况进行仿真分析,为提升其工作的可靠性,优化调高液压控制系统的结构,提升煤炭生产企业的经济效益提供参考。
The shearer relies on the hydraulic system of the rocker arm to drive the cutting mechanism to rotate in space and realize the comprehensive mining of coal in different space positions. The hydraulic system of the rocker arm’s elevation not only bears the weight of the cutting mechanism of the shearer,but also bears the impact load of the cutting mechanism in the cutting operation. As a result,once the damage occurs,the shearer will not be able to carry out fully mechanized mining operation. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control system of shearer’s elevation control are simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS simulation analysis software. Provide reference for improving the reliability of its work,optimizing the structure of the hydraulic control system,and upgrading the economic benefit of coal production enterprises.
