Research and Development on Wireless Remote Control Operation of Hydraulic Double Boom Rock Drilling Rig

煤矿采掘技术的快速发展,对煤矿掘进机械智能化、现代化水平的要求不断提高。扼要介绍了新近研发的可远程无线遥控操作的液压双臂凿岩钻车结构特点及主要技术性能参数。它既可遥控操作,又可手动调整;既可钻凿小直径炮眼,也可钻凿大直径炮孔,凿岩效率高,作业安全,可有效解决中深孔掏槽爆破施工中的大直径炮孔自由面问题。

A rapid development of the mining and excavation technology in the coal mine should continuously improve the requirements of the intelligent and modernization level on the coal mine heading machinery.The paper briefly introduced the structure features and main technical performance parameters of the hydraulic double boom rock drilling rig operated with the new developed wireless remote control.The double boom rock drilling rig could be operated with the remote control and could be manually adjusted.The double boom rock drilling rig could drill a small diameter borehole and could drill a large diameter borehole.The rock drilling efficiency was high and the operation was safe.The rock drilling rig could efficiently solve the free face problem of the large diameter borehole in the blasting operation with the medium and deep cutting.
