摘要
根据企业工业机器人技术应用人才技能需求调研结果,利用现有资源设备,研发了一套小冲床项目式教学设备。该设备很好地囊括工业机器人编程,机械夹具部分的三维设计,电气线路设计与安装,系统联调的知识运用。增强了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生工业机器人技术应用水平和综合素质。
According to the research results of the technical requirements of industrial robots applied in enterprises, a set of project-based teaching equipment for small punch press was developed using existing resources and equipment. The equipment includes industrial robot programming,three-dimensional design of mechanical fixture, design and installation of electrical circuit, and knowledge application of system coordination. It can enhance the students’ interest in learning, and improve the application level and comprehensive quality of students’ industrial robotics technology.
