汽车灯组五金插座机器人自动化生产线的设计与调试

摘要 随着中国制造业的发展,机器人在制造业中的重要性越来越凸显。以奔驰汽车灯组五金插座的机器人自动化生产线为案例,通过1台工业机器人实现奔驰汽车灯组五金插座的注塑机取件插模的自动化生产。研究了机器人多功能复合手爪的构成及设计要点。设计了注塑机的交互信号、系统的工作流程、机器人程序。分析了该系统各设备的问题、原因、解决方案。为注塑机取件插模自动化系统提供了设计思路和改造方案。 With the development of China's manufacturing industry, the importance of robots in manufacturing industry has become increasingly prominent.Taking the robotic automation production line of hardware socket of Mercedes-Benz automobile lamp set as an example, an industrial robot was used to realize the automatic production of injection moulding machine parts and sockets of hardware socket of Mercedes-Benz automobile lamp set. The structure and design key points of the multi-functional composite gripper of the robot were studied. The interactive signal of injection moulding machine, the working flow of the system and the robot program were designed. The problems, causes and solutions of each equipment in the system were analyzed. The design idea and improvement scheme were provided for the automatic system of injection moulding machine parts taking and inserting.
