摘要
为提高综采放顶煤作业的自动化和智能化水平,提出了一种自动化记忆放煤控制策略。介绍了自动化记忆放煤控制原理,并具体设计了自动化记忆放煤控制过程,包括具体所用到的设备、控制过程及主要控制参数,指出了自动化记忆放煤控制实施。通过科学、合理应用自动化记忆放煤控制策略,不仅可以显著提高矿井生产效率,而且能更好保障矿井安全生产。
In order to improve the automation and intellectualization level of fully mechanized top coal caving, an automatic memory coal caving control strategy was proposed. The principle of automatic memory coal caving control was introduced, and the process of automatic memory coal caving control was designed concretely, including the equipment used, control process and main control parameters. The implementation of automatic memory coal caving control was pointed out. Through scientific and rational application of automatic memory control strategy, not only can significantly improve mine production efficiency, but also can better guarantee mine safety production.
