为提高煤矿开采的自动化和智能化水平,基于高精度传感器对煤矿综采设备的重要作用,分析了高精度传感器在矿井采煤机、液压支架、运输机以及转载机上的具体应用,通过对这些具体应用的分析,得出煤矿机电设备借助高精度传感器能及时有效地感知各种现象,做出各种动作,能进一步提高设备工作效能。

In order to improve the automation and intellectualization level of coal mining, based on the important role of high-precision sensors in coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment, the specific application of high-precision sensors in coal mine shearer, hydraulic support, conveyor and transporter was analyzed. Through the analysis of these specific applications, it is concluded that the mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mine has high support. Accuracy sensor can sense all kinds of phenomena in time and effectively, make all kinds of actions, and further improve the working efficiency of equipment.
