摘要 针对IBSG感应焊机产品加工质量监控和追溯问题,将二维码技术和视觉检测应用于自动化生产线。设计了该自动化设备控制方案,介绍了二维码识别传递和视觉检测技术的选择,编写了以二维码信息为标记的寄存、传递产品工序及质量检测结果的程序。焊机系统应用了基恩士扫码器识别二维码信息,应用康耐视视觉相机检测产品质量,保证了零件按照正确的工序生产,解决了以往生产线漏序加工或残次品的问题,同时为后续生产质量的追溯提供了可靠的依据。 Aiming at the problem of quality monitoring and tracing of IBSG induction welding machine,two-dimensional code technology and visual inspection are applied to automatic production line. The control scheme of the automatic equipment is designed,the selection of two-dimensional code recognition and transmission and visual inspection technology is introduced, and the program of storing, transferring product process and quality testing results marked by two-dimensional code information is compiled. The welding machine system uses Keynesian scanner to identify two-dimensional code information and Kangnai visual camera to detect product quality,which ensures that parts are manufactured in accordance with the correct process, solves the problem of missing sequence processing or defective products in previous production lines, and provides a reliable basis for the traceability of subsequent production quality.
