钢轨修复专用设备通讯协议转换及CANOPEN总线通讯应用

摘要 简述在线钢轨修复专用设备中通过采用专用总线协议转换装置,实现不同工业网络系统之间的快速数据交换。同时为满足控制系统要求数据的实时性,可靠性,通过对比分析常见的工业通信协议,采用目前流行的CANOPEN总线协议,利用第三方协议转换模块,无需复杂编程,就能实现CANopen从站与Profibus的互联,实现连接通讯。 The fast data exchange between different industrial network systems by using dedicated bus protocol conversion device in on-line rail repair special equipment is briefly described. At the same time, in order to meet the control system requirements of real-time data and reliability, the interconnection between CANopen slave station and Profibus is realized by using the current popular CANOPEN bus protocol and the third-party protocol conversion module without complex programming.
