基于以太网高速现场总线应用设计

摘要 结合数控机床行业对数据传输的需求,较全面地介绍一种基于以太网的高速现场总线通讯协议GSK-Link。GSK-Link总线物理层采用标准以太网(IEC802.3)的物理层,通信速率100 Mbits/s,时钟同步性小于100 ns,支持环形和线形拓扑结构,具有免数据冲突检测和全双工通信数据链路层;支持主站在线待机冗余功能。是具有完全自主知识产权的工业以太网通讯协议。 Combined with the requirements of data transmission in the CNC machine tool industry, a comprehensive GSK-Link protocol for high-speed fieldbus communication based on Ethernet is introduced. GSK-Link bus physical layer uses standard Ethernet (IEC802.3) physical layer, communication rate 100Mbits/s, clock synchronization less than 100ns, support ring and line topology, with data collision detection and full duplex communication data chain Road layer;support master station online standby redundancy. Which is an industrial Ethernet communication protocol with completely independent intellectual property rights.
