摘要 由于矿用防爆电动无轨胶轮车具有机动灵活,易操作易维护等特点,因此近年来其在各个矿井中的应用越来越广泛,为使矿用防爆电动无轨胶轮人员运输车液压系统更高效,更节能,对其液压系统进行了设计,具体介绍了整车设计简图与具体参数要求,提出了液压系统设计思路,并具体设计了帮助转向系统、刹车系统、刮雨水系统以及控制热量系统等,经过实际验证,新设计的液压系统,能很好地满足无轨胶轮车实际生产需求,具有很好的推广应用价值。 Because the mine explosion-proof electric trackless rubber tire vehicle has the characteristics of maneuverability, flexibility and easy maintenance, it has been widely used in various mines in recent years, in order to make the mine explosion-proof electric trackless rubber wheel personnel transport truck hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving. the hydraulic system is designed, and the vehicle design sketch and specific parameter requirements are introduced,the design idea of the hydraulic system,the steering system,brake system,rainwater system and the control of the heat system are put forward,after the actual verification,the newly designed hydraulic system can well meet the actual production requirements of the trackless rubber tire car,and has a good promotion and application value.
