摘要 为提高矿用掘进机运行的安全性可靠性以及自动化、智能化水平,以PLC为基础设计了一种矿用掘进机电控系统,介绍该电控系统的组成及工作原理,并设计了该电控系统的硬件部分与软件部分。经实际应用发现该矿用掘进机电控系统不仅运行更安全更可靠,而且更易维修,很好的满足掘进机工作需求,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to improve the safety reliability and automation and intelligence level of mine roadheader operation, a mine tunneling electrical control system based on PLC and hardware part and software part of the electronic control system were designed.And the composition and working principle of the electronic control system was introduced. After practical application, it is found that the mine tunneling electrical control system not only runs safer and more reliable, but also is easier to maintain, which can meet the working requirements of the roadheader. It has a certain promotion and application value.
