采煤机导向滑靴旋转打磨装置设计

摘要 为提高采煤机导向滑靴打磨效率,同时减轻打磨人员劳动强度,设计了一种用于打磨采煤机导向滑靴的旋转打磨平台。介绍了该平台的总体结构及可实现的主要功能,重点研究了回转装置、防倾装置以及刹车自锁装置的主要结构及功能的实现,经实践应用,该打磨平台装置能很好的打磨采煤机导向滑靴,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In order to improve the grinding efficiency of the shearer’s guide shoe and reduce the labor intensity of the sander, a rotary grinding platform for grinding the shearer’s guiding shoe was designed. The overall structure and main functions of the platform were introduced. The main structure and function of the slewing device, anti-tip device and brake self-locking device were studied. After practical application, the grinding platform device can be well polished. The coal machine guide shoe has a high promotion and application value.
