摘要
为更好地保障矿用变频器安全稳定运行,基于变频器本质安全型电路实际抗干扰能力差、易出现数据失真等问题,介绍了变频器本质安全型电路设计的原理与设计要求,包括其对点燃火花、爬电距离、介电强度以及温度和导线的要求,并具体设计了一种矿用变频器本质安全型通讯电路。通过科学、合理地应用该本质安全型电路,有助于更好地保障变频器的安全稳定运行。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of mine frequency converter,based on the problems of poor anti-interference ability and data distortion of intrinsically safe circuit of frequency converter, the principle and design requirements of intrinsically safe circuit of frequency converter were introduced, including spark ignition, creeping distance, dielectric strength , temperature and the wire requirements. A mine frequency converter intrinsically safe communication circuit was designed. By using this intrinsically safe circuit scientifically and reasonably,the safe and stable operation of frequency converter can be better guaranteed.
