摘要
为更好的保障采煤机的安全可靠运行,对MG300/730采煤机的控制电源系统与主控制系统进行了技术改造,首先分析了该种采煤机控制电源系统及主控制系统现存问题,其次提出了一系列具体改造措施,经改造后的MG300/730型采煤机不仅运行更安全,更可靠,而且更易维修,可更好的服务于煤矿开采。
In order to better ensure the safe and reliable operation of the shearer,technical transformation on the control power supply system and main control system of MG300/730 shearer was carried out. Firstly,the control power supply system and main control of the shearer are analyzed. The existing problems of the system,followed by a series of specific transformation measures,the modified MG300/730 type coal mining machine not only runs safer,more reliable,but also easier to repair,can better serve coal mining.
