基于一起差动保护事故对母联备自投装置的设计改进

摘要 城市轨道交通等供电安全等级较高的行业,其供电负荷是一级负荷,必须保证全天候连续稳定无中断供电,其供电制式必须保证双回路互为备用自动投切的标准要求。以某牵引变电所的一起典型的35kV差动保护动作故障为例,分析现有的35kV母联备自投装置设计存在设计缺陷,使母联备自投装置在事故状态下无法自动投切。通过增加、优化母联备自投装置的逻辑结构和程序的方法,克服此设计弊端。大大改进完善母联备自投装置的设计功能,满足双回路供电互为备用自动投切的要求,提高供电安全性和可靠性,对供电系统在事故状态下的自动投切起复具有重要的作用和指导意义。 The power supply load of the special industry with higher safety level of power supply, such as the power supply of urban rail transit, is a first-grade load, which must ensure all-weather continuous stability without interruption of power supply, and the power supply system must ensure the standard of double circuit power supply and automatic switching. Aiming at a certain traction substation with typical 35 kv differential protection action failure, the existing deficiency of 35 kv Bus-tie Automatic Switching device in the design was analyzed, as a result, it cannot be automatically switched in the accident state. It was put forwarded by increasing and optimizing the logic program of the Bus-tie Automatic Switching device, and the design defects were overcome. It will greatly improve the design function of the Bus-tie Automatic Switching device, meets the requirements of double circuit power supply and automatic switching, increases the security and reliability of power supply for power supply system, It plays an important and significance roles for Power supply system automaticially restored in the accident situation .
