摘要 为更好的保障掘进机截割部的安全,稳定运行,介绍了一些掘进机截割部常见故障现象如因煤尘进入轴承内部引发的轴承损坏故障,金属杂质进入轴承内部引发的损坏,掘进机截割部连接处漏油故障、伸缩保护筒漏油故障以及润滑不到位引发的轴承损坏等,并从多方面着手分析了掘进机截割部常见故障原因,针对这些原因提出了一系列具体解决措施,并对当前掘进机截割部减速机使用寿命短,巷道落物易砸坏油缸等问题,对掘进机截割部进行了优化设计。 In order to better ensure the safety and stable operation of the cutting part of the roadheader, some common fault phenomena in the cutting part of the roadheader, such as bearing damage caused by coal dust entering the bearing interior, and damage caused by metal impurities entering the bearing were introduced. The oil leakage fault at the junction of the cutting machine of the roadheader, the oil leakage of the telescopic protection cylinder and the bearing damage caused by the lack of lubrication, and the common causes of the failure of the cutting machine in the roadhead were analyzed from various aspects. The specific solution measures, and the current life of the cutting machine of the roadheader is short, the roadway is easy to smash the cylinder, and the cutting section of the roadheader is optimized.
