摘要
汽车超声波传感器的保护壳通过树脂冷却固化定型,填装的树脂通过人工方式解决因冷却固化带来的气泡。该方式局限于人工操作,工作效率、产品合格率较低。通过机械量化方式,实现自动化固封树脂,开发了一款自动化固封树脂吹泡机,优化了设备操作参数,提高了产品质量,增加了工厂效益。
The protective shell of automobile ultrasonic sensor is solidified by resin cooling, and the filling resin solidifies the air bubbles caused by cooling and solidification manually. This method is limited to manual operation and has low work efficiency and product qualification rate. By means of mechanical quantification, the automatic sealing resin is realized. An automatic sealing resin blowing machine was developed, which optimized the operation parameters of the equipment, improved the product quality and increased the benefit of the factory.
