摘要
本实验以氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为原料,分别与苯甲醛和水杨醛反应合成希夫碱。使用单因素法,探究实验最佳反应时间、温度、不同的投料比,找到希夫碱与镍、镉金属化合物发生反应的较佳条件,生成希夫碱金属配合物,并且通过紫外光谱法与荧光光谱法对合成的产物进行分析。结果表明,苯甲醛希夫碱产率最高为32.06%,水杨醛希夫碱产率最高为65.02%。在反应温度为85℃,反应时间为4h,反应物投料比为2∶1时,金属配合物产率较高。分析得出水杨醛希夫碱镍配合物的荧光强度较低,而苯甲醛希夫碱镍、镉配合物以及水杨醛希夫碱镉配合物均具有良好的荧光性能。
The Schiff bases were synthesized using glucosamine hydrochloride and benzaldehyde/salicylaldehyde as materials. The effect of different factors on reaction conditions of Schiff-bases and metal ions with single factor test were investigated, such as reaction time, temperature and different molar ratio, and the structure of products were analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the maximum yield of benzaldehyde Schiff base is 32.06 % and salicylaldehyde Schiff base is 65.02 %. The optimal condition of metal complex synthesis is: reaction temperature 85 ℃, reaction time 4 h, the molar ratio is 2:1. The fluorescence intensity of salicylaldehyde Schiff base-Ni complex is low, but the benzaldehyde Schiff base-Ni/Cd and salicylaldehyde Schiff base-Cd complexes have good fluorescence performance.
