摘要
弹性流体动压润滑(EHL)是润滑油在滚动摩擦件工作时的主要润滑方式,本文首先介绍了弹性流体动压润滑理论,以及经典EHL中的进口区域粘压关系理论及其模型的改进;其次,阐述了润滑油的粘压理论方程,最后综述了在实际工况研究中,对于润滑油粘压系数的计算以及考虑润滑油压力对粘度影响的必要性。由于润滑油使用部位通常处于高负荷,因此,润滑油的粘压关系是试验研究的重要参数。
Elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) is the main lubrication method of lubricating oil in the work of rolling friction parts. This paper first introduces the theory of elastohydrodynamic lubrication, as well as the improvement of the viscosity-pressure relationship theory and its model in the classical EHL. Then, the theoretical equation of viscous pressure of lubricating oil;In the end, it is necessary to calculate the viscosity-pressure coefficient of lubricating oil and to consider the influence of lubricating oil pressure on viscosity in actual working conditions. Since the lubricating oil is usually under high load, the viscosity-pressure relationship of lubricating oil is an important parameter in experimental research.
